We've partnered with our friends Tyler Woodward and Kathleen Stewart to enhance the overall user experience and level up the workout programs (meaning - better results for you!) Tyler manages the group-coaching workouts designed for males, utilizing similar metabolism and muscle focused principles. Tyler and Kathleen offer one-on-one coaching and run the Q&As.

Coach Ash

Ashley is a personal trainer with a BS, MS & PhD in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to training over 500 clients online, she has over 10 years of strength training experience, was a D1 athlete at the University of Notre Dame, and has competed in powerlifting competitions. She is passionate about helping others be time efficient and smart with their workouts so that they can build muscle, improve body composition and boost their metabolisms, without the gym taking over their life! With Train2Change, her goal is to help you fit training (that works) into your busy schedule. 

Coach Tyler

Tyler is a personal trainer with over 10 years of hands-on training experience. After years of seeing no progress in the gym, and experiencing injury after injury, he began to dive deeper into training styles and nutrition. Tyler honed his craft over the last decade by helping individuals reach their goals. Armed with a B.S. in Physiology & Neurobiology and an endless desire to learn. Tyler's passion is to help others maximize their potential in and out of the gym. He accomplishes this through the use of science-based training and metabolism-focused nutrition.

Coach Kathleen

Kathleen is a personal trainer with a BS and MS in Physics and a MEng in Chemical Engineering. She served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy and after navigating her own health recovery has collaborated with a multitude of others on theirs. She is a mom to two young sons and her husband routinely travels for work, so she knows what it is like to achieve health and fitness goals with limited time. Her focus is on addressing the low energy availability state, improving body composition, and return to movement amidst and post chronic health challenges.
