150g egg whites (or desired amount for protein macros)
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
For sweet, add: 15g protein powder + 1/4 tsp stevia
For savory, add: seasonings of choice, we love using 'everything' seasoning, but garlic & herb works great + 1/4 tsp sea salt
