Keto Biscuits & Gravy

This Keto biscuits & gravy dish is the perfect low carb and healthy comfort food alternative for typical biscuits & gravy.. The low carb biscuits contain a good amount of protein plus healthy fats, as does the gravy sauce!. Both the biscuits & gravy are dairy free.

MACROS per serving (out of 2):

2 carbs | 23 fat | 21 protein



  • 180g egg whites

  • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar

  • 10g walnut flour (walnuts ground up into flour)

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/8 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/8 tsp pepper


  • 4 oz breakfast sausage (we use pasture raised breakfast sausage from butcher box)

  • 85g Kite Hill dairy free cream cheese

  • 90 mL bone broth (we use Kettle & Fire - use link to save up to 33%)


  • Preheat oven to 375 and prepare baking pan with foil and spray

  • In a stand mixer, whip egg whites and cream of tartar on high until stiff peaks form

  • Blend walnuts (or nut of choice) into a flour and mix with the baking powder and garlic

  • Gently fold the walnut mixture into the egg whites

  • Spoon egg white fluff mixture onto sprayed pan into desired biscuit shapes

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until tops are slightly golden

  • Meanwhile, cook sausage on pan and add salt and pepper

  • Soften cream cheese on side and then add to the pan of sausage & combine

  • Add bone broth and simmer mixture on low until it thickens, stirring periodically

  • Season with additional salt & pepper if you choose

  • Pour gravy mixture over biscuits or serve gravy on the side with the biscuits!
