These deeper state ketosis gummy bears are the perfect low carb snack for the keto diet. Not only do they contain pure therapeutic exogenous ketones that help you get deeper into ketosis, but they're made of collagen gelatin - a source of protein with several health benefits.
Macros (for 1 serving out of 15 - about 15 bears)
0 carbs | 0 fat | 1 protein
So... clearly, "macro friendly" is an understatement. You could have all 150 gummy bears for just 10 grams of protein. Alternatively, you could make these more "keto" by adding MCT oil powder into the base to add in more fat.
We made 3 flavors:
Blue Raspberry Lemonade
"Splash" - a fruity strawberry orange flavor
1 cup water
15g collagen (we use Perfect Bovine 100% Grass Fed Collagen)
1 pack of pure therapeutic exogenous ketones, flavor of choice (get yours here)*
For the gummy bears, you will need gummy bear molds! We used these ones off Amazon which comes with super helpful droppers to put the liquid in the molds.

For the red gummies, we used maui punch ketones.
For the blue gummies, we used raspberry lemonade ketones + a dash of blue spirulina powder.
For the white gummies, we used splash ketones.
Bring water to a boil in a pan
Whisk in the exogenous ketones and any other flavorings you'd like to add
Turn the water down to a simmer and slowly add in the collagen, 1/2 tablespoon at a time
The collagen will quickly clump up, so really quickly whisk and make sure to not add much at a time
Once all dissolved, remove from stove
Using the droppers, fill each gummy bear mold with a bit of the liquid until all are filled
Place in fridge until the gummies firm, which takes about 15-30 minutes!
