Creamy Avocado Pesto

This creamy avocado pesto is low carb, has tons of healthy fats, and is very easy to make. We love topping our palmini & zoodles with it, but it would go great on any pasta or pasta alternative dish, as a pizza sauce, or even just as a dip.

MACROS per serving (out of 4):

2 carbs | 5 fat | 1 protein


  • 65g avocado

  • 16g pine nuts

  • 24 ml lemon juice (~ 1/2 a lemon)

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 cup basil leaves smooshed

  • 120 ml water


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender

  2. Blend until well combined

  3. Store in fridge but enjoy within ~ 2-3 days to ensue freshness
