
This creamy avocado pesto is low carb, has tons of healthy fats, and is very easy to make. We love topping our palmini & zoodles with it, but it would go great on any pasta or pasta alternative dish, as a pizza sauce, or even just as a dip.

Ingredients
65g avocado
16g pine nuts
24 ml lemon juice (~ 1/2 a lemon)
1 tsp sea salt
1.5 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup basil leaves smooshed
120 ml water
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender
Blend until well combined
Store in fridge but enjoy within ~ 2-3 days to ensue freshness
