This zero carb meat pie is packed full of nutrients and is a perfect protein and fat source for the keto diet. The recipe is very simple to make and involves 3 main ingredients - pasture raised ground beef, whole eggs, & Primal Kitchen avocado mayo.
In addition to our zero carb garlic bread recipe, we've also been meal prepping this 'pie' like crazy. The nutrients in the recipe come from all 3 ingredients - higher fat pasture raised meat contains a ton of nutrients, as do pasture raised eggs. The avocado mayo has even more healthy fats from avocado oil & organic eggs.
The macros for this recipe will change depending on what meat and mayo you use. We have tried the recipe using grass fed bison and it was just as great. Utilizing bison or other leaner sources of meat will make this recipe lower fat.

16 oz 85% pasture raised ground beef
4 TBS primal kitchen avocado mayo (use our discount code 'strongsistas' to save!)
1 & 1/2 tsp sea salt
3/4 tsp pepper
1 & 1/2 tsp nutritional yeast
Preheat the oven to 350 & prepare a baking dish with spray
On a nonstick pan, brown the meat and add in the spices
Whisk together the avocado mayo & eggs in a large bowl
Once meat is done, add meat to the mayo & egg mixture and stir until well combined
Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish
Bake for about 10-15 minutes, although cook time will depend on the size of your pan (thickness of pie)
Remove from oven & allow to cool before slicing into pieces!
