Zero Carb Keto Carnivore Diet French Fries
These zero carb French fries are thick, crispy, and delicious. They are low carb, high protein and are made entirely of animal - healthy, grain free French fries perfect for paleo, keto, & the carnivore diet.

You may be wondering how these French fries are zero carbs — one of the main ingredients is poultry meat! Yes, French fries made out of meat. Now you’re probably wondering how they taste. These fries take on a pretty neutral taste given we used simply cooked pastured chicken. Of course, they still have a semi ‘meaty’ taste, but they’re an awesome alternative if you are on a low carb diet and miss the consistency and crunch of French fries.

4 oz cooked poultry - we used light & dark meat chicken
10g pork rinds (we used Epic brand, baked sea salt)
1 whole egg
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder (optional)
Preheat oven to 350
Line baking dish with parchment paper
Blend all ingredients until smooth - it will be chunky
Stuff blend into a plastic baggie and cut a small hole in a corner so you can ‘pipe’ out the fries onto the parchment pape
Pipe out desired size of fries and then flatten and shape fries
Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes
Then broil on high for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy on top
Makes about 12-15 thick cut fries
