Egg Soufflé | Great Collagen Source

Here we have a chilled, creamy egg soufflé 🍳👩🏻‍🍳 perfect for an animal-based diet. This egg soufflé has a buttery flavor and is our favorite way to eat bone broth in the summer heat and still get our collagen in 💁🏻‍♀️

  1. Cook 3 eggs over-easy in 1 tsp ghee/butter until egg whites are cooked & yolks are still raw

  2. Add the eggs, bone broth, salt, extra 1-2 tsp ghee to the blender & blend until smooth

  3. Pour into a bowl, add the jerky (optional), and let sit in the fridge for a few hours. EZ Peazy!
