The texture of this low carb bread is moist and light, the overall taste is enhanced by the use of butter and soft cheese as well as high quality poultry. It’s delicious!
If cut into 10 slices, each slice is 4g fat and 6g protein, 0g carbs.
The fats come from the egg yolks, cheese, and butter - all excellent sources of healthy, nutritious fats! We recommend using raw sources of dairy. If you have access to raw milk or raw cream, you can make your own. We’ve demonstrated how to make your own of each - check it out!

6 oz cooked poultry (we used light & dark meat chicken)
55g egg whites
3 whole eggs
28g soft cheese (like goat) - we used our homemade raw chèvre
14g butter - we used our homemade raw butter
1 tsp salt
Optional toppings - we used rosemary
Preheat oven to 350
Blend all ingredients together until smooth
Grease a loaf pan
Pour batter into loaf pan
Sprinkle with desired seasonings
Bake in oven for 25 minutes (will depend on size of pan and oven). It is done when still springy but a toothpick comes out clean.
Slice, & top with butter or more chèvre!
