Bison Liver Pate with Pork Belly

This bison liver pate with pork belly is a ✨fancy lil dip for the gourmet 👩🏻‍🍳 carnivore🥩. (yet it is a super easy pate recipe to make!)

This zero carb pate has a buttery salty flavor - perfect spread for any keto, carnivore, or low carb diet.

Ingredients - equal parts of:

  • Bison liver

  • Pork belly

  • Ghee

  • Sea salt (to taste)


  1. Cook pork belly

  2. Sauté liver in pork belly fat until outside is cooked, inside is still pink

  3. Add pork belly, liver, ghee, & sea salt (to taste) to a blender. Blend until smooth consistency Save bacon fat on pan, cook burger patty(s) in bacon fat

  4. Store in fridge, and can thin out with some bone broth when consumed!
