Ingredients - equal parts of:
Bison liver
Pork belly
Ghee
Sea salt (to taste)
Instructions
Cook pork belly
Sauté liver in pork belly fat until outside is cooked, inside is still pink
Add pork belly, liver, ghee, & sea salt (to taste) to a blender. Blend until smooth consistency Save bacon fat on pan, cook burger patty(s) in bacon fat
Store in fridge, and can thin out with some bone broth when consumed!
