Meal Prep Beef Liver & Bacon Muffins
These beef, liver, & bacon muffins are a perfect way to meal prep in more delicious nutrients! We've loved having these on hand to add some healthy fat & protein to our meals, without having to fix up a muscle meat or liver individually. Seriously, I guarantee if you have these prepared for the week, you'll certainly find yourself saving time & ensuring you get your nutrients in.
These are great additions to an animal-based way of eating :)

You could also easily just prepare this blend to have on hand in the fridge to make burgers or meatballs with throughout the week, but we thought making some muffins sounded fun, and it was!
The spices we've chosen are relatively benign, but add a ton of flavor! If you're someone who avoids seed spices or are rather inflammatory to spicy things, you should be fine with these, but you can always omit and just use salt.
