Tonight is a "layered" meal. The bottom layer (look close) is 6 cooked egg whites, on top of that is 1 lb [Grass-fed/Finished 85/15] raw* ground beef, and on top of that is the 6 egg yolks. (You bust the yolk over the section you are eating .. 1 at a time). The bowl has 6 oz of lightly seared beef heart .. well, the bowl has about 4 oz because I ate the other 2 oz raw.
* USE CAUTION WITH RAW GROUND BEEF!! I trust my source and I have a "castiron stomach", but it is considered one of the more risky raw [beef] meats to eat.
20 oz Ribeye w/ 2 raw egg yolks and 5 oz raw beef heart. The steak was cooked from frozen so the outside looks nice and crispy, but the middle was a good SUPER rare.
'the thing directly below "Brazil" on the plate is the layer of pure fat from the beef ribs. I got a funny look from the server when I wanted the fat, but no meat. Mind you the ribs are DELICIOUS, but I was in a lamb mood tonight.
1 lb [GF/F 70/30] Beef patties w/ 3 slices of Cheddar Cheese, 4 raw eggs yolks (not in the picture), 1 slice raw beef liver, 8 egg whites made into "Carnivore Biscuits" (2 were "everything but the bagel", 2 were plain w/ salt, the darker 2 ones were stevia and cinnamon and butter).
I was doing it by memory and I really didn't NEED 8 egg whites as that was about 250g and I really needed 150 .. but they were just bigger than expected. lol
Got to stat this by saying, I was not the greatest Carnivore today as I snacked on Mixed Nuts. I don't know why but I just HAD to have them. lol
Anyway after working from home all day, I mowed the yard then had a nice 22oz Ribeye for dinner. Since I had snacked on mixed nuts, I didn't add anything, just the steak.
I cooked a 30oz piece of brisket (the net was 20oz once cooked). I was going to eat it all, but it was a really fatty piece so I got full at about 15 oz.
