    This is the way.. Suet?

    Ok, so a Mandalorian plug-sorry

Just caught your suet vid. I’ve tried adding more fatty burgers, but that usually screws up digestion big time.. ughh. But extra fatty ribeye doesn’t mess with me. Maybe because the fat isn’t so rendered? Gonna grab some suet from a local farmer I’ve used before on Saturday. Just was curious if you guys had the same issues with burger fat or similar rendered beef fat. Keep up the good work! Oh and Whiteoak is pretty awesome.

    Hey!

Yea, we didn't do well eating a lot of rendered fats, including the extra grease that comes from cooking fatty ground beef in burger form.. Same experience with steak fat (like trimmings, even if you slightly sear the steak, it doesn't become a bunch of rendered fat)... and of course, enjoy the suet. I would give suet a try - let us know how that goes for you.
