Does anyone take glycine powder to help with the glycine/methionine ratio? I can’t handle collagen powder, beef broth, or beef tendon/connective tissue. So I’m wondering if glycine powder would be good enough?

We certainly do! We just use a pure glycine powder and have about 5-10g or so at night. If you can’t tolerate any of those other things, I would try the pure glycine and see how you respond. We noticed a significant difference in sleep onset when taking this - so suggest it closer to bedtime.
I also take pure glycine power at night in the amount of 6g (give or take a little). I agree w. SEARMST2, I would start by taking it at night because it does seem to make sleep easier.
