I've recently been doing a lot of strength training. I've gained a good amount of muscle and went from 170lbs to 208ish lbs since October 2018. I'd like to gain a few more pounds by being carnivore (b/c I really do feel great on it) but struggle (perhaps it's old SAD habits) to see how I can do that without carbs.
Since switching to mainly carnivore, I've lost a few pounds. So, how would one structure their diet for muscle gain on strictly carnivore? I know it's possible but I have this irrational hesitation of losing my muscle if I don't get the calories. I keep eyeing that white rice / oats, etc thinking that will give me the surplus if I just slam a few cups of it.
Thoughts?
