I've been eating meals with a decent amount of fat - lamb, ribeyes, fish, usually cooked in tallow or Iberico bacon fat - and getting electrolytes through Perfect Keto supplement and eating 1 teaspoon of Redmond's sea salt every morning.
I get full from these meals but I rarely ever seem to be able to go to the bathroom. Sometimes, I feel like I have to go and can't and other times I'll have some diarrhea but not much will come out. Moral of the story, I feel like I should be having more full stools than I do, and yes, I know some of this normal because your small intestine is digesting and using most of the food.
I'd appreciate any advice or assistance.
