    Welcome

    Hey there!

Welcome to the Strong Sistas Carnivore Community.

Our goal with creating this community is to develop a welcoming space for anyone and everyone to share their stories, experience, tips, recipes, & ideas pertaining to the carnivore or keto diet.

We've also created a "Carnivore Diet FAQ" page where we encourage you to ask any & all questions you may have about the carnivore way of life. We get excellent questions directly everyday, so we figured it would be better to redirect these questions to the community so other people can benefit from the answer, & other people can pitch in and provide their insight & answers, as well.

If you have any questions, let us know! Get started by creating an account, updating your profile, & posting an introduction within the "Introductions | Members" area - can't wait to get to know you, & thank you for joining us on this journey!

Please read Angela A Stanton, Ph.D's book "Fighting the Migraine Epidemic." In it she explains the full spectrum of migraines (headaches are just one of many

symptoms) and how to treat them without medications.

I have noticed that in some of your videos, you both, at times seem to have one eye appearing to be larger than the other which is a sign of migraine (i.e. neural dis-function). Also your rosy cheeks could be a migraine rash and migraines can cause infertility. Angela was recently interviewed on the Meat RX podcast with Sean Baker - worth checking out.

I'm 59 years old and never realized until two weeks ago that all my life I've been having migraines even though I didn't have headaches.

I, too, recently started having breakfast and feel much better during the day.
