      From Out West
      Discussion
I ran across you video because a Strong Sisters video hit on a Grass-fed fed search, you know checking on the competition. Lol  My family and I ranch and raise grass-fed beef. Until recentaly I have only been using linkedIn to tell our story. My wife she uses all the socials. Last week I decided to tackle the wild and crazy world of YouTube.  https://www.linkedin.com/in/rich-bradbury-mba-670027122 https://youtu.be/UUQkmQJAL80 I would love to visit with you guys and compare grass-fed experience and visit more about regenerative agriculture and social media. Always learning.  https://revitalization.org/article/guest-article-power-and-scarcity-a-ranchers-journey-into-the-future-of-regenerative-agriculture/ Grass-fed experience and regenerative agriculture are my primary focusaand I have been sharing my education on social media. Always learning.  My wife, son and I live in South Eastren Oregon and both those things look much different out here.  Your impressive, and I commend the direction your talking. As well as the education that you are providing for people to learn about regenerative agriculture. Let visit sometime.

Salmon roe and other sources of astaxanthine
      Question
So I've started to get very curious about salmon roe mainly, and other sources of astaxanthin. But since salmon roe seems to be very expensive I want to explore other sources of astaxanthin and how much to eat from each source to gain the benefits. The main reason is to provide my skin with extra sun protection. I don't burn a lot, but I do get sun damage so maybe some extra astaxathin might help. So, some questions: - How much salmon roe should I eat every day to get a good amount of astaxanthin? - What other good sources are there, and how much to eat of each of them? - Can I make a broth from crayfish, shrimp, and other shellfish to get astaxanthin? I hope someone are able to help and that we can share information with each other about this! Thank you in advance!

Can you eat too much liver?
      Question
I really like liver (especially in a raw liver smoothie), and where I live I can get an abundance of locally grown beef liver very cheap. But I've read a little bit that there might be some risks to eating too much liver and that you might get an overdose of vitamin A and maybe some other stuff. So...can you eat too much liver? How might be too much, and how do you know? Are there long term dangers to eating too much liver, and might there be permanent damages caused by it? Thank you in advance, for answers, resources, and input!
